黃原膠是由野油菜黃單胞菌菌株經發酵后制得的親水膠體,其具有良好的黏合性,可廣泛應用于緩釋制劑中,其添加在藥物中,可在用藥后立即抑制藥物吸收,并使血藥濃度峰值降低,且添加黃原膠的制劑均具有良好的理化性質和體外釋藥特性。
